About the Lab Exam
The Lab exam lasts 8 hours. This hands-on exam has been designed to cover the end-to-end lifecycle of complicated enterprise networks, ranging from designing and deploying to operating and optimizing.Concerning the CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure v1.0 Lab Exam, Cisco has made a major format change for the new lab.
The Lab Exam has been broken down into two modules, rather than the 3 modules that were used for R&S.
The first module is a 3-hour exam. This module will require you to design, analyze, validate, and optimize network designs. You will also need to translate customer requirements into solutions and assess network readiness in order to support those solutions.
Second Module: The second module lasts 5 hours. This module requires candidates to create a network according to customer requirements, design requirements, and restrictions. Candidates can use a combination of web-based and physical devices.
